At Bacaro, our menu is based on seasonal, indigenous ingredients. We travel to numerous farms every day to pick up whatever bounty Mother Nature has in store for us. Our menu is a reflection of the harvest with which we focus on simplicity and purity to create our dishes in turn, causing our menu to change often. Due to these frequent changes, our menu listed below is meant to give a taste of the style of cooking Chef/Owner Brian Kingsford is offering up.
